My husband and I had a good experience with Jason Cohen from Pressman & Kruskal. Their offices are located in Cambridge in Central Square. Ours was a two-family but I know he has experience in condos as well. Very friendly, very smart guy. We would definitely use him again for our next real estate purchase.

I've had very good experiences a couple of times with Koffman and Dreyer. Smart, no-nonsense, good at what they do and very conscientious about not over-billing...

We had an amazing experience (twice!) with Jeff Shargel, who used to live and work in Davis, but it looks like he upgraded and moved his office to Harvard Sq.

One thing I especially loved about them is they respond to emails *quickly*.

I've used Karen Kruskal at Pressman and Kruskal four times for this sort of thing.

She's done rental property, sale, and purchase of houses and condos.
Excellent job every single time - even when there were complicated issues that arose.
