The former Eleni of New York tailor shop storefront (259 Elm St, just west of Diesel Cafe) has a paper sign announcing Beyond Vape. I know nothing more.

The ZBA may not need to approve it, since it's one "small retail or service" use replacing another. (See Table of Use Clusters in section 7.13 of the zoning code)

I'd rather have another tailor shop.
