Vapid store coming to Davis Square?

The former Eleni of New York tailor shop storefront (259 Elm St, just west of Diesel Cafe) has a paper sign announcing Beyond Vape. I know nothing more.

When one small shop replaces another, I don't think the ZBA needs to approve the new use.
