Resident parking enforcement resumes Thursday at noon

I just got another robo-call from the city, saying that resident parking enforcement will resume tomorrow at noon. Be sure to clear enough snow so that your parking permit is visible.

Sidewalks also must be cleared by tomorrow at noon.

now Friday

So far I saw it on the City of Somerville (official) facebook page, I'm sure other communications are pending over the next hour or so. They also mentioned in the future we may alternate sides for snow emergencies and made some other "let's get through this together" statements. Regardless of what happens, you can expect the commenters on somervilletimes.com to be grumpy about it.

Given that it's supposed to snow *again* tomorrow, that seems overly optimistic...

And if you can recommend anyone with a jackhammer to come clear the icemelt/freeze from my sidewalk, I'm seriously looking for a recommendation. Also for the address of the person who allowed the places on both sides of me to be built close enough that there isn't room for the runoff to do anything but freeze across the sidewalk. And my driveway. :\
