Fire at Pepe Boca?

Just saw the boarded up window at Pepe Boca this afternoon. Does anyone know what happened?

That's awful. Do you know if this person was caught, and if he set fires anywhere else besides Diesel and Pepe Boca?

Last I heard, he was not caught (yet, grrr!) But I don't know anything else--
