mass energy?

is anyone here a member of the mass energy discount heating oil program? i'm thinking of joining but wanted to know what people's experiences have been. are they reliable? do they actually help you get service more efficiently and oil more cheaply?

it's gettin' cold...

I've never heard of it, but I'm interested ... Do they have a website or anything?

Also, if you're looking for energy options, you might want to take a look at [livejournal.com profile] alt_energy. :)

I've done it and you get a certain discount from the heating oil service. Just remember you have to not only sign up with MassEnergy but tell the heating oil service that you are a member. Even with the discount it will still cost an arm and a leg though...

I'm a member... you hook up with Mass Energy, they assign you to an oil dealer in your area. when the oil delivery happens, you get an invoice a few days later that takes the Mass Energy discount into consideration... basically, the 15$ membership pays for itself the first fill-up.

I've had no problems at all with them.
