Has anyone here gone to the Bremis Real Estate Licensure Course? Bremis is located on Broadway right up in Teele Sq. I was thinking of doing it because it seems like a decent price ( $199 sat or sun 9am-9pm) and its so close to my house. Im looking to get feedback or opinions. Also if you have used Bremis for finding a place let me know how your experience was too that would be helpful as well :)

I can't say anything about the course, but I can say that in any of the multiple exposures I've had to Bremis over the years, they've never come off good. I'm not sure what they'll teach in the class, but if their agents are graduates of their course, I'd look elsewhere.
