Soundbites' relocation

When is Soundbites scheduled to move across the street? And is there any news on the owners erecting Ball Sq Theatre memorabilia? Ron, I'd seen your comment on the cinematreasures site that sparked this note.

Soundbites is moving across the street? Does this mean that True Grounds is being displaced?

Yasir got the place across the street hoping that the neighboring tenants (Blue Cloud Gallery or the lock place) would vacate on their own or by other means. This didn't happen and the new location isn't big enough.

I did hear that Yasir's brother bought the Urban Gourmet shortly before the fire. No clue whether it will reopen as the U.G. or become (now or in the future) the new location of Soundbites.

They already put a new "Urban Gourmet" sign up, so they will be reopening as that. The old sign was damaged in the fire.

Sorry, I don't know anything more about this. The posting at CinemaTreasures was not from me, but rather from David Guss who runs the Lost Theatres of Somerville website.
