Rehearsal Space

Does anyone know of a place or places in Somerville or Cambridge where a band could rent or share a rehearsal space? Any suggestions would be great.

...and actually, small scale theatre lost a beloved rehearsal space this week, so a place that might work for small theatre groups would be great to know about as well...
