Meeting and Office Space

Does anyone have any ideas for meeting space for 10-15 people in Davis Square? Im looking at the Dilboy for larger meetings but having a hard time finding a smaller venue. Anyone have a possible rentable conference room?  Also looking for an office space....a year lease, a possible shared office or temporary sublet would all work....Thanks!

Thanks everyone! I live on Elm Street, but having meetings at my house just isn't feasible. I'll let everyone know when im having the meetings if any of you would like to participate.
