From what I understand, the entire development was part of the Cambridge Affordable Housing Trust and the units have been sold. Were you specifically interested in affordable housing, or just looking to live in the area?

If the former, there are particular paths to take in that direction to determine eligibility and such. If the latter, I work as a buyer's agent in the area and would be happy to talk to you about the market.

Here's a good page for info on Cambridge affordable housing. (http://www.ci.cambridge.ma.us/CDD/hsg/index.html)

And indeed, PMRP would be one place to know me from -- I was in Red Shift last year as well as helping out with some other stuff. I thought your named looked familiar. I'll drop you an email tonight.

Based on what I saw on the architects' website, (http://www.mostue.com/sustainable.cgi?project=82) I assumed it was finished; I know it's sure -looked- done for months. They say it has "affordable" units, both rental and buyable.
