trolley square

does anyone know the status of the trolley square development on mass ave. by the split/cross in the bike path? it's the happy yellow one right next to a sort of park and the mbta bus/trolley depot. i wanna live there. can't find anything on google except for planning info.

looking to live in the area. might qualify for affordable housing; i'm a public school teacher. can i just google 'affordable housing cambridge' to find qualification stats?
