Would anyone care to get a list going here about what local food businesses have special deals by day of the week for the budget conscious Davis Square-er? I'm happy to edit this post to include the options available.

Half Price Dining

4:30-6:30 pm Tuesday through Friday

50% off! Yes! It’s true. BUT, there are some restrictions…

We do not extend ½ price dining to patrons requesting dinner/show seats;
it is a dinner only promotion
Desserts, sides and add-ons are always full price
Specials are $2 off unless noted
A 15% gratuity is applied on the full value of the meal
Food must be ordered by 6:30pm
On busy nights we must enforce a 75 minute time limit
½ price is not valid for beverages, take-out, the kids menu, or other promotions

At ArtBeat next month, be on the lookout for 9-year-olds selling the Brown School Card (http://community.livejournal.com/davis_square/969525.html). It won't kick in until September, but it pays for itself ($10) with just one or two uses.
