powderhouse convenience store

on my daily trek to work i pass the abandoned corner store on college and broadway. as of yesterday the space was being gutted. i asked one of the workers this morning what was going in, he said a dunkin donuts and a convenience store. i guess they're subdividing the space?

i'm glad the storefront won't be empty, but... i don't know what this means for the broken yolk. (nice folks)

I'm going to be alone on this, but Yay dunkin donuts within easy walking distance of my house!

I was sad to see the old convenience store go, I used to stop there for soda most mornings on my way to the subway, but I wasn't surprised. I'm glad another will be taking its place.
