what ever happened with the former kfc bell in porter square that was supposed to re-open as a 'comfort food' restaurant?

It remains unopened. I pass it every day, wondering.

It may be waiting for the Cola Wars to end so it can re-open as a hoity toity Taco Bell when Sly Stallone gets unfrozen in the future.

I am currently sitting across the street from it. Every time I ask the guys who are working in there when it will open, they say "6 weeks." They've been saying this for 6 months. And I haven't seen anyone in there in a while. My guess is that's it's back on the market (or just never opening).
