The article refers to our recent DSLJ discussions, and quotes from Homeless Empowerment Project director James Shearer, who says, "It's low. You're robbing the poor."

He tried to get me in Park Street station last week, and I said loudly "NO. I ONLY BUY FROM AUTHORIZED VENDORS" and instead of giving me crap (as he had in the past) he said, "Okay, okay, have a nice day."
