Seems a little pricey for a one-bedroom that far from the T. Am I missing something? Anyway thanks for the contact info.

It's basically the space of a 2-bedroom but configured as a 1-bedroom. The kitchen is large and the whole place has a spacious feel. Might be able to negotiate a bit too.
