deleaded apts. in Davis

Does anyone have leads on buildings or units in Davis that are deleaded?
They're not the norm around here, but I need to find one and I'm loathe to leave my beloved Davis. Thank you!

When are you looking for?

If you know the address of an apt/unit/house, you can go here to look up the results of all lead inspections that have been performed there:

270 Highland Ave., a large, brick monolith located about a half-mile down Highland, was built post-lead.

Please post any responses to the list. I'm interested in deleaded places, too. Although, honestly, I'd prefer a "non-building." Thanks!

tent? yurt? camper? i'm curious what one could live in that qualified as a "non-building"...

I might have a 2BR in a 2 family Sept 1, depending on whether my tenant renews. Won't know that for several months. But its 15 min walk from Davis (near the end of the bike path at Cedar. It was built in the 90s so it never had lead paint.
