deleaded apts. in Davis

Does anyone have leads on buildings or units in Davis that are deleaded?
They're not the norm around here, but I need to find one and I'm loathe to leave my beloved Davis. Thank you!

I'm looking for a place for late summer or early fall. Right now I'm trying to see if I have many options around Davis or would be better off elsewhere in a newer apartment building, though I really prefer a unit in a house. Thanks for the comments, keep them coming :)

I might have a 2BR in a 2 family Sept 1, depending on whether my tenant renews. Won't know that for several months. But its 15 min walk from Davis (near the end of the bike path at Cedar. It was built in the 90s so it never had lead paint.
