Ball Square Breakfast War Leads to Fisticuffs

I predict detail cops will soon be a daily sight in the square. The next city fundraising effort will focus on tickets for blocking the sidewalk.

I love Kelly's French Toast. I no longer live in Davis, but still go to Kelly's from the French Toast when I'm in the area.
