Fireworks?

I heard something that sounded like a series of explosions last night about 9:30-10'ish. Were there fireworks in the area / surrounding areas?

I guess people could hear them from as far away as newton and milton!

Heard them (and reasonably loud) over in Arlington, near the Lexington line. I assumed they were the Tufts fireworks!
