is Spun permanently out of business?

Today would have been a perfect day for frozen yogurt, but Spun appeared to be closed when I rode by it around 5 this afternoon.

(Yes, I know we've had this conversation several times before, but I saw the place open just a few weeks ago.)

I haven't seen it open in the past 2 or 3 weeks, either.

The lights were on and the shades were up when I drove by 40 minutes ago. Which I thought was weird.

we just biked by there a few minutes ago and they appeared to be open and serving customers.

this place is ridiculous. having such erratic hours totally turns me off from trying it.

"business" is apparently a stretch. They run it more like a hobby.

I would hate this place a lot less if they were just honest about their situation/hours. They have hundreds of fans of theirs through facebook/twitter, and they never let them know what's going on. If you're gonna be closed for 2 months, just let us know. Or even put a sign out front saying what's going on. I've made the trip down there a bunch of time, only to have to turn around and walk back empty handed.
