is Spun permanently out of business?

Today would have been a perfect day for frozen yogurt, but Spun appeared to be closed when I rode by it around 5 this afternoon.

(Yes, I know we've had this conversation several times before, but I saw the place open just a few weeks ago.)

I will never go there because if there's one thing I hate (and there are millions) it's businesses that don't bother to keep consistent hours. FROZEN YOGURT BY APPOINTMENT ONLY is not a successful business plan.
