Flatbread Company's pizzeria/bowling alley opens this Saturday

Enroute to the Farmer's Market today I saw smoke coming from Flatbread Co's chimneys so I went to have a look. Sure enough they were firing up the ovens. The manager invited me inside for a look and said the place would be opening on Saturday.

The "Flatbread Co" chain is actually a spin-off from the original "American Flatbread" thats was started in Waitsfield Vermont, so now there are two small chains. There was a bit of a falling out between the original creator or "American Flatbread" and the owner of "Flatbread Co".

I think the pizza and atmosphere of both are equally good, but the original location in an old farmhouse in Vermont is still the best.
