Flatbread Company's pizzeria/bowling alley opens this Saturday

Enroute to the Farmer's Market today I saw smoke coming from Flatbread Co's chimneys so I went to have a look. Sure enough they were firing up the ovens. The manager invited me inside for a look and said the place would be opening on Saturday.

Looks like there was a similar falling-out, or at least separation, from a franchisee in California that now uses a different name:
