Having seen a few there just this past weekend, I can confirm rethcir's suggestion, with one slightly pedantic correction: so-called "Little Tokyo" is actually in the Porter Exchange Building (where City Sports and CitiBank are), not the Galleria (where Uno's was).

You did mean to make your own lunches, right? As in, you're not looking for a place to get lunch, you're looking for a place to get empty bento boxes for your own use?

...and there's also Lotte Market outside Central Square on Mass Ave, close to MIT... not sure if they have them, but it might be worth a call or visit.
