Not sure if they have bento boxes, but I HIGHLY recommend Ebisuya Market in Medford Square (they are the former owners of Kotobukiya).

They have a few kinds of bento boxes. They also have anything you'd want to put IN the boxes.

*nodnod* Oh, absolutely. Worth the bus ride from Davis; I make it out there once a week or so. Much bigger space than they formerly had, you can order sushi to be made while you do the rest of your shopping ... while I'm sad it's no longer as convenient, they have more space to have a wider selection of everything (including bento boxes!), so.
