FLOAT pre-orders are live

somerville_lmt and I are building a float center in Magoun Square. We have full construction plans and bids from contractors and a pending application for a building permit, and now have just launched pre-orders in the form of a crowdfund campaign. Since so much of our expenses are in the form of construction and equipment purchase, every dollar we can get now helps immensely with cash flow.
