Anyone know more about these three closed businesses?

Over the past few days I was surprised to walk by these three businesses and find them closed. Anyone know when they closed, and why?
  • The Shawarma Place, in Cutter Square (EDIT: moved to 215 Highland Ave)
  • Aguacate Verde, in Wilson Square
  • Union Mart and Subway, in Union Square

I could have sworn when I walked by The Shawarma Place a week or two ago that it was indeed closed, but had a sign saying that it was moving somewhere on Highland Avenue. But maybe I imagined that?

I was surprised to see The Shawarma Place closed when I walked by at dinnertime Saturday night.

On the subject of closed businesses, I'm also wondering what if anything is going on with the closed Subway a few doors down from it, which Chef Nookie signed a lease for almost a year ago. They tore out its interior but since then it's just sat there.

The Union Mart & Subway closed a few months ago with a sign saying they were renovating. Then the renovation sign went away. That's all I know about that one.

Pretty sure Subway closed because my work moved away and now they're short about 5 subs a week!

I drove down Highland after reading this and kept an eye out, and they've got an awning up as "Jerusalem Falafel and Shawarma", right between Yummy Hut and Lemon Thai.

Aguacate Verde is closed? (Well, Google Maps agrees with you.)

I walked by there two weeks ago, and while I wasn't paying close attention, I didn't see that it was closed/closing.

At least if Shawarma Place is moving down Highland, there's about the same number of convenient restaurants in Spring Hill.
