Smashing

Up late and just heard someone smashing car windows on Pearson Ave. They were too far way for me to see anything but a car driving away but I got the impression from the cursing that the owner of the car that had his window smashed might have gotten a better look. I hear the owner also call the cops.

Keep an eye out. There are smashers out tonight.

ETA: I seem to have been mistaken. I woke up this morning and saw that the windows on the first floor across the street were broken.

Nah, not really--it's generally a quiet neighborhood. I think there's just been a minor crime wave city-wide; not local to here, and also not especially frequent.
