Jeweler/Card Shop at 409 Highland Closed

It hasn't been open much lately anyway . . .  Anybody know what's going in that spot?

I have no idea how it stayed around this long, with almost no merchandise on display, open about 4 hours a day.

Maybe it is a front for something or maybe the owner is an old Somerville native in a constant state of bliss, too overwhelmed by un-imagined good fortune in the equity that has been built up in the property to take care of it.
