Room available now in spacious, 2 BR apartment in Cambriddge, off Mass Ave (by Frank's Steakhouse). Close to Davis Square.

You'd be sharing the apartment with a 40-something professional and 2 cats. Clean and quiet, if I wasn't where I am right now, I'd jump at the chance to live with him myself. : ) Must be gay-friendly.

Rent is 800 a month which includes utilities, parking and laundry.

He is open to temporary situations as well.

I removed the "accommodations" tag -- that's for hotels, bed & breakfasts, and the like. Otherwise, I wish you and your friend good luck.
