available commercial space

Hey y'all

I was wondering if anyone knew of any available retail space in Davis Square.  I've been looking for forever I don't need big I need only small space.  If anyone has or know of anything drop me a line I really appreciate it.

The former CD Spins store on Elm Street is empty and has a For Lease sign on it. It's pretty small.

Otherwise, the only empty commercial space I know of is much too large for your needs: the former first-floor office space (with large display window) in the Citizens Bank building.

If you're willing to cross the line into Cambridge, the former Spark Craft Studios space is empty, and so is the former Pemberton Market at Rindge and Mass. Ave. The Pemberton space is newly renovated and has been subdivided into two storefronts.

Does Pemberton still have a store somewhere?

The old Pemberton Market business has moved to Mass. Ave and Day Street, formerly White Hen Pantry and later "Bread & Butter Konvenience".

The much larger Pemberton Farms, next door, is run by the same family.

You're welcome. CD Spins was at 235 Elm St, and their sign is still up. I think the For Lease sign has a landlord name and phone number on it. There are also other official-looking signs forbidding anyone from entering the premises; I don't know what that's all about.

327 Highland Ave used to be a small real estate place and is now for rent.

Further down Highland Ave (just across from Cherry; the place that used to be a club long ago) has lots of space for rent because the Caldwell Banker Real Estate office moved.

There's a disused storefront in Ball Square: the former lock store a couple doors down from True Grounds. I vaguely recall it's owned by Yasser, the owner of Sound Bites. There's also a defunct Chinese restaurant on the other side of True Grounds.

I forgot about those. But CD Spins is in a much better location for foot traffic, if you can get it.

Ball Sq (just around the corner), has several available small spaces. (Golden Jade, real estate place, and Curtatone's old office). There may be more. Powderhouse sq does also (several places next to Tu y Yo)

Guru the Caterer recently moved to a larger space next door, I'm not sure if they're still using their old space at 1297 Broadway.

One of which was formerly the home of Paramount Bicycle (who moved to Ball Square).

Isn't that still in use by the locksmith, just not open as a retail space? See the comments on this recent post.

I believe I saw a "Commercial Space For Rent" sign on the first block of Summer Street. It surprised me because the building looked residential.

Also, the convenience store at the end, and another small storefront that was maybe a real estate agency or something?
