Holland Street Cafe goin' Turkish?

I saw a sign in the once-again-closed Holland Street Cafe saying that it was going to soon open as a Turkish restaurant- the name was something like "Istanbul-Lal".

Hopefully they'll do more then put up a new sign and sell the same food- it did say Turkish Coffee and Tapas, whatever that means...

From what little I remember in my short-lived tenure as the girlfriend of a Turk, it's quite similar.
