Ball Square breakfast wars headed for criminal court

The latest, from today's Somerville Journal:

Both Yasser Mirza, the 48-year-old owner of Soundbites, and Mike Moccia, the 38-year-old owner of Ball Square Café, face criminal charges of assault and battery, but Moccia faces two other more serious charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and civil rights violation with injury — which carries a maximum prison sentence of 10 years.

(This is not a new incident, but fallout from last April)
