Greetings,
Om City Yoga is now 3 years old and has evolved and changed a LOT in those 3 years. I still teach all the classes but there is a lot of variety and the class levels are quite varied.

IF YOU WANT TO BE CHALLENGED (PHYSICALLY) - come to our Sunday Vinyasa 2 class at 5 PM. This is a work out - - no matter who you are.
We also have Vinyasa on Wed. 7:45 and on Saturday mornings at 11 AM.

There are many options for beginners as well and our longstanding and popular Gentle Yoga class on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM.

Plans are in the works for 2009 to add Rock & Roll Yoga Fitness for those who want to combine cardio and core work into the yoga for an intense whole body work out.
