It looks like Tufts will have a pretty light film schedule this week. I’ll add more as I find out about them. If you need a film fix, check out the free screenings at the Harvard Film Archive or other venues on the bigger Boston area calendar.

See the complete Boston-area calendar online. There are two ways to access it:

· Directly through the link http://tinyurl.com/2z8spc

· Add the calendar through Google Calendar. Search for Joe’s BFF – Boston Free Films (any phrase should find it) and you can incorporate it with your own calendar.

The best place to keep up-to-date on Tufts happenings is www.tuftslife.com, where most student events are listed. The official school calendar at http://events.tufts.edu/ will also show some school events as well. Tuftslife doesn't do last minute changes, so the calendar won’t always be accurate. .

Check for last minute changes or contact the organizers to make sure events are still happening, especially in case of inclement weather. To find your way on campus, check out the map: http://inside.tufts.edu/compass/

Highlights for this week:

Hi, is it possible to post this in regular font, instead of whatever you're using?

Thanks!

It's actually too big - it looks larger than 9. I'm trying to replicate the problem in my own journal, posting from Word, and having trouble doing so. Are you on a Mac?

I'd say try pasting your text into a text-only notepad file (or your system's equivalent), saving it. Then open that temp file and paste the contents into a journal entry - it should have stripped whatever codes MS is adding to cause that wonky appearance.

Hoping this helps, and maybe someone else has more experience with this particular problem. Thanks for being understanding about it!

Don't use Word. Just post in plain text.

That looks fine. If you want to put something in bold, just put ... around it. Similarly for italics: ... . No need for Word.

I'm on a MacBook, and to me the font is too small. It's best to not specify any font at all when posting to LJ.
