davis_square...and in quite spectacular fashion, with big red inspectional services "X"s on the roof, a "Stop Work" order on the door, and a warning sign reading "UNSAFE DO NOT ENTER floor of building has collapsed".
I'm sure there's a story there.
I bet the owner will find it's not worth saving the building, and it'll be demolished for condos. I'll miss the baking smells, but not the garbage smells or the truck traffic.
