We are looking for a roommate for April 1st in a large apartment in a duplex in Somerville.
Ammenities:
-Off street parking
-a large eat in kitchen
-Dishwasher
-a nice big living room
-Laundry and Grocery 2 blocks away
-10 min walk to Davis Sq (with all of the fun it provides, including free pizza at Johnny D's on mondays)
-Bus stop 1 block away
The room is HUGE, and was recently painted. It's also in the back of the house so it is quiet and fairly private.
We are four roommates in their mid twenties to early thirties who are young professionals/students. We're a friendly bunch, not too loud, and drama free and we'd like to keep it that way. We have occasional social gatherings, but our beer pong days are largely behind us. Our landlord is an absolute sweetheart of a man who takes care of emergencies, but leaves us alone for the most part.
Rent is 450 a month plus utilities. Utilities generally run from 50-75 a month and include heat, hot water, electricity, and high speed internet (no cable, as we mostly watch jeopardy). Unfortunately we are not cat/dog friendly due to allergies. Hypoallergenic pets are negotiable.
We would need first months rent and a deposit (another $450). You can reach me at kellyheft at gmail dot com or through replies.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Date: 2008-03-22 09:19 pm (UTC)I counsel troubled teens who are explosive and expressive and stuff. when I come home I want to be with chill people who can talk when things are bothering them instead of yelling or having these crazy personal lives that create noise and tension in the house. I get enough of that at work :)
