davis_squareHi there! I live right near Davis Square and quite like my apartment. As I'm considering my lease renewal for another year, though, I'm wondering if a yearly rent increase of 7% is normal? It seems like at that rate I might as well be looking for a bigger place soon... Any thoughts? Thanks!
