Recommendation for a local handyman

davis_squareI am looking for a handayman to help me with repairs on my duplex. Can anyone recommend someone? The most pressing need is someone to replace a hotwater heater, but there is also some minor painting/patching required, so I'd rather have a general guy I can turn to rather than getting a task-specific guy each time I need something.
