Dollar store space--what's the plan?

Hey y'all, just wondering if anyone knows what the plan is for the old dollar store space between Mike's and the new sushi place . . .

Last I heard, the plan for Blue Shirt expansion was on again. I don't know much more.

I saw one of the Blue Shirt guys walk out of the Blue Shirt and into the old dollar store and close the door behind him the other day.

That would be awesome. Of course, it would be even more awesome if they started more than just spinach-flavored tortillas again. Most bizarre food limitation ever. I haven't eaten there since they did that. My almost-10-year favorite sandwich just tastes _wrong_ in the spinach tortilla.

I've eaten there recently (earlier this week), and I'm pretty sure it was just a plain brown tortilla wrapped around the filling. I think actually that's what I've gotten every time recently, but I've never paid a whole lot of attention to the color/flavor of the tortilla.
