I dont usually cook Brazillian food but I finally found a recipe for a particular cheese bread I like and now I need an ingredient.

I have looked @ Market Basket, Shaws in Porter and Stop & Shop. Does anyone know where I could find polvilho. It looks like this http://www.quitandinha.com/images/200polvilho_azedo_latin.jpg and I would take any brand! Any ideas?

They didn't have it at the Market Basket in Union Square? In the Brazilian foods section? Because I've definitely seen it there, but I know they don't always stock things consistently.

How about GOL!, the Brazilian market on Somerville Ave. between Union and Porter Squares?

Polvilho is just tapioca starch. I have seen it (under the English name) in all 3 of those places in the past.

If you're searching the ethnic markets, tapioca starch is also called manioc and cassava
