One large bedroom (12X13) room is available 6/1 for summer sublet or long term lease. The room is in a spacious three bedroom apartment in Davis. The apartment is next to Tufts (just off Powderhouse Sq), a 10 minute walk to Davis Square, has off-street parking and is close to multiple bus lines (inc. #96 to Harvard Square)

The apartment has plenty of common space and lots of windows. It has a living room, dining room, foyer and spacious kitchen with a dishwasher. There are hardwood floors, ceiling fans, a coin-op washer and dryer in basement, and parking. The apartment also has cable and a cable modem (and an old air-conditioner in the LR). The room for rent is in the back of the house. It has a deep closet which is great for storage. There are two other bedrooms on the second floor.

The roommates are working women in their mid-twenties. They are quiet, tidy, and laid-back. They are looking for someone who is a professional or grad student, and we prefer a female roommate. No smoking or pets please. Rent is $600 a month for the summer, and $675 a month starting in September. Heat and electricity are not included, alas.
