My roommate and I have two rooms available in our fabulous Francesca Ave apartment for a year lease starting 9/1. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a recently updated 2 family home.
My roommate and I have two rooms available in our fabulous Francesca Ave apartment for a year lease starting 9/1. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a recently updated 2 family home.

In no particular order, more information about the place:
-5 minute walk to the T.
-Free washer and dryer in basement (these are not shared with the downstairs tenants)
-1 tandem off street parking space may be available, but there is an abundance of off street parking. We are on a quiet, 1 way street, so there is not much traffic at all.
-Rooms average $750, but this can be adjusted based on the size of the room and is negotiable. Currently they range from 690-810, but again, this can be adjusted, as long as the total of the 4 rooms equals $3000 at the end of the month.
-Gas heat and hot water, air conditioning, cable and highspeed internet. We split the cost of these and electricity, which comes out to roughly $60 in the summer, slightly more in the winter.
The current roommates:
-(me)23, male, professional. Enjoys being outdoors, sailing, going for hikes, hanging out, live music shows, etc. Non-smoker.
-25 female, grad student. Enjoys biking, cooking and listening to music .Non-smoker.
