I believe all of Davis Square will be closed tomorrow.

Davis Square Art Festival Somerville
Saturday July 19,2008
From 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM
Davis Square will be closed to all vehicular traffic.
The following Routes will be on diversion:

Route 87:
Inbound Connections can be made on Holland St. at Cameron Ave.
Outbound Connections can be made in the Davis Square Station Bus Way, on College Avenue.

Route 88:
Inbound Connections can be made on Holland St. at Cameron Ave.
Outbound Connections can be made in the Davis Square Station Bus Way, on College Avenue..

Route 90:
Inbound Connections can be made in the Davis Square Station Bus Way, on College Avenue.
Outbound From Wellington Station it will be Regular Routing.

Route 94:
Inbound Outbound service will be diverted into the Davis Square Station Bus Way.
Outbound From Davis Square Station it will be Regular Routing.


Route 96:
Inbound Connections can be made on College Ave. at Morrison Ave.
Outbound From Harvard Station it will be Regular Routing

Route 89-2:
Inbound From Davis Square Station it will be Regular Routing.
Outbound service will be diverted into the Davis Square Bus Way.

Thank you so much for posting that. I have a friend who is going to drop me off and I'm trying to figure out how far down we can drive before hitting the road blocks. We're coming from the Target direction.

I suggest Elm and Cutter (in front of the VFW), or perhaps Mass. Ave. at Day Street.

Thank you for your suggestions. I'll do one of those. I now just wish it wasn't supposed to be s hot today. I had friends who were going to come but have backed out because of the heat.

I usually come into Somerville (near Davis) via Rt. 16->Boston Ave.->North St. -- do you know if that route will be open today? It's boyfriend visiting day and I'm not really too familiar with the area, just this one route. =)
