Brown School Cards?

Yesterday I noticed that my Brown School Card expires at the end of August. Are they being offered for 2008-2009, and if so does anyone know where I can get one? I always used to get them at McIntyre & Moores, which isn’t nearly as convenient as it used to be. Thanks!

I would also guess you could get them at Central Bank, since they're a sponsor.

Yeah, Chinook has them for sale. (On Holland.)
I don't think all/most of the sponsors carry them.

Does anyone know for future reference: are they indeed being sold at McIntyre & Moores right now? I have heard the tales of the Brown School Card and was hoping to pick one up there soon.

And yeah, I will totally be getting another; I just didn't have $10 by that point in ArtBeat ;). It has absolutely paid for itself. Now if only I'd had one back when I was going to Sacco's every weekend...

added: Blue Cloud Gallery (Ball Square): 10% off all non-sale items

removed: City Sports (Porter Square), Soleil Cafe (Teele Square)

changed: Redbones: 10% off food (was 15%)

wait, did something *else* happen to Mac and Moore? Last I checked they were just four blocks out of Davis, over on Mass Ave. But I haven't been by lately. I hope they're doinng okay there.

If at all possible, you should find a Brown School student and buy from him or her. It's like girl scout cookies; the kids have some sort of competition for who can sell the most. And they're so sweet, and they're the ones you're benefiting, so i's cool to close the loop if you can.

Well, they're not in Davis (or even Somerville) anymore, so it makes sense that they might not sell the card anymore, though it wouldn't surprise me if they do still have it. (City Sports was further away, after all, though they no longer participate.)

But four blocks? Clearly this is some definition of "block" of which I was previously unaware.
