Fire near Tedeschi's?

I passed by Tedeschi's/Store 24 a couple times tonight -- first around 8:20 or so, and the second time maybe five, ten minutes later -- and there was an alarm going off at the store the first time and a whole mess of fire trucks with blazing lights parked all around the area when I passed by again. Does anyone happen to know what happened?

I don't know, but I did see the fire trucks while turning from College Avenue onto Holland Street today at a few minutes after 5pm, so they must have been there awhile.

That will have been a different instance, these showed up around 8:30. I watched them arrive. (I was sitting by the window in Mr. Crepe.)
It was an alarm from the apartment building above JP Licks, it looked like it turned out to be nothing or not much. Bunch of fire trucks pulled up, people in gear got out, went into the building, someone fussed with something (a control panel maybe?) in the front hall, firefighters came back out (I never saw any hoses or anything).
