Free Sports Shoes on Thurston, off Broadway, in Winter Hill

I was going down Thurston Street (near where it starts on Broadway in Winter
Hill) and I saw a lot of shoes, some still in their boxes, and a sign that
said "free". The guy who put them out there said the black ones were special
bike shoes that are designed to attach to a pedal, though there were more
kinds than just those. The shoes were in front of the house just before 67
Thurston (couldn't discern what the actual address of the house was that
they were *right* in front of).

Thanks for posting this! We went by there right afterward, and my hubby got a new pair of bike shoes, and I got three pair to give to a friend who needs them, so she can try them and see what fits. Yay!
