Have you tried Annapurna on Mass Ave? It's good!

I've been going to Annapurna on Mass Ave [next door from the former KFC/seemingly-never-opening-Banjos] quite a lot over the past few weeks. The food is delicious, the waitstaff is friendly and attentive, and they serve lunch.

I haven't eaten there yet, but i friend of mine said they were very good, very fresh tasting, and quite affordable. I'll have to check it out.

So it's better than that horrendous Ali Baba Tandoor joint that was there before, then? Good. That place sucked. My boyfriend and I showed up for a somewhat early dinner one evening, came into a completely empty dining room, and had to wait about ten minutes before anyone came out to seat us. Then we had to wait to have our order taken. The food was bland, too. I'd be interested in trying this place.

Yes, it is indeed delicious. The kaddo (sweet pumpkin in yogurt sauce) is especially tasty.

The mantwo was very good at Ali Baba; glad it's still on the menu.

I had been turned off by the "mountain food with an attitude" banner but if it's good food, I'll persevere :)

i'm a little disappointed in them because they have less veggie-friendly dishes than ali baba did :( they dont serve the ali baba bread anymore :(
